Founded on July 21, 2021, Jiangxi Baolishi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is located in the Xinxing Industrial Park (Xiacun Industrial Base), Yushui District, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, which is invested and built by the parent company Zhuhai Baolishi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The project has actively attracted investment through the Economic Development Zone and Fengyu Industrial Park. However, due to the inconsistency between the overall planning and design of Fengyu Industrial Park and the plant planning required by the enterprise's development at that time, the leaders of the Economic Development Zone and the leaders of the Yushui District Government actively coordinated the relevant departments to adjust the planning scheme. Within eight months from the issue of the adjusted planning scheme, the company finally started construction smoothly and is expected to have a trial production in early June. The company currently has more than 260 employees and 12 automatic production lines. It is a high-tech enterprise that focuses on the deep processing technology of environment-friendly artificial quartz panel and finished table, and integrates research and development, production and sales services. Its parent company Zhuhai Baolishi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful coastal city - Zhuhai, founded in 1998 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. Overview of the project planning and construction

After the completion of the "Intelligent New Material Energy-saving Wood-based Panel Industry Project" of Jiangxi Baolishi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., it will mainly produce intelligent new material energy-saving wood-based panels, with the designed annual production capacity of 1.2 million meters/year (output). 

The project has a total floor area of 54,000 square meters, a total construction area of 28,300 square meters, and a total investment of RMB236 million, which is self-raised by the company. Two years after the project is officially put into operation, it can achieve an annual sales of RMB 500 million, an annual value-added tax of RMB 65 million, an annual tax of RMB 19.5 million, and an annual total profit of RMB 50 million, which can effectively promote the development of the local economy.
